How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion using any of the following methods:
Option 1: From the App / Website
- Log in to your Wedium account
- Go to Profile / Account Settings
- Click on Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Option 2: Request via Email
If you are unable to access your account, you can send a request:

📌 Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include the following details:
- Registered Name
- Email ID / Phone Number
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Happens After Deletion?
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- Your personal data will be removed from our systems
- You will lose access to:
- Bookings
- Saved data
- Order history
- This action cannot be undone
Data Retention
We may retain certain information:
- To comply with legal obligations
- For fraud prevention and security purposes
As per policy, users can request deletion anytime, while platforms may retain limited data where legally required.
Deletion Timeline
- Account deletion requests are processed within 7–15 working days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is completed
